Blog Stage 7

While brushing up on my internet skills a.k.a trying to find an interesting news topic to blog about, I was able to find a news article regarding Texas building a 95-mile pipeline next year. I want to add that it was quite difficult for me to find a relatively interesting news article that did not involve Trump tweeting "Build the Wall" as a solution to anything involving immigrants and crimes.
This "pipeline is expected to bring an additional 13 million gallons of water per day to San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, and other communities that are part of the coalition by 2023. "
The water pipeline is going to cost more than $225 million. Holy. Cow. It is sad that humans are having to think about parts of the world running out of water in the next few years. Even though this project is a large investment, I hope that it will be useful to society in the future. I also hope that I remember to look into this water pipeline a few years down the road to see if the project came out as planned.
